This heat-activated adhesive creates a durable bond between your patch material and the finished product. Simply cut the adhesive to the shape you need, apply heat and pressure, and you’re ready to go.

Branded Caps adhesive is a versatile choice for patch making and other creative applications. It can be used with materials such as:

Genuine leather and leather alternatives, Acrylic and select plastics, PVC, Embroidered materials, Twill, Wool, Denim, Hardwood veneer, Other compatible laser-friendly materials

Made for Efficient Production

The adhesive is supplied in a 12-inch-wide roll and sold by the yard, giving you plenty of material for both one-off projects and larger patch runs.

A single yard can accommodate approximately 72 patches measuring 3" x 2", helping you maximize your material and keep production moving.

The adhesive can be shaped with a vinyl cutter or laser, either before bonding or after it has been applied to your chosen material.

How It Works

Unlike pressure-sensitive adhesives, Branded Caps does not have a sticky or tacky side. Heat is required to activate the adhesive and create the bond.

For best results, we recommend using a hat press or heat press with the appropriate temperature, pressure, and dwell time for your material.
